Bryant Family Reunion
Proposed outline for Queenstown, Labour Weekend 2012
The Bryant Family Reunion Committee is currently discussing the programme for the Bryant Family Reunion during Labour Weekend 2012 in Queenstown. Our aim is to provide opportunities for families to get together and meet relatives as well as spend time in Kinloch and attend the TSS Earnslaw centenary celebrations. Therefore, we have not designed a packed programme but planned functions to hopefully suit most people and allow plenty of free time. It would be greatly appreciated if you can please email us to confirm your interest for the Reunion and in particular, the functions you would like to attend. We would like to hear from as many of your family members as possible or one of you to advise us how many are interested in attending. This information will help us to identify the options that family members are most interested in and help us to work out the charges to cover all the costs of the Reunion such as venues, catering, administration, Bryant memorial etc. Our aim is to keep these as low as possible for everyone.
